Did you know hops reduces men’s libido? Apparently, in the past (possibly also in the future, meaning right now), it was given to men to encourage or promote a reduced libido. Hops is also the main ingredient in beer. Hops is also a powerful phytoestrogen, which means it increases estrogen in the body.
Disclaimer: The following is from a collection of disparate things that have grabbed my attention and are somewhat connected (at least in my mind). These are not fully formed thoughts. But I think interesting and informative if not revealing nonetheless. Also, I do not agree with all of the ideas in the following connected (at least in my mind) outside sources.
Appetizer:(Note: please watch this video with discernment, the only thing I’m really paying attention to here is the “weirdness” of water.)
Entrée:
“The ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, synapses, neurotransmitters and blood-brain barrier represent just a partial list—and I do mean partial—of things of which I either doubt the existence or suspect their function is different from what we have been told. If you are still wondering what we are made up of, the reality is more beautiful, simpler, easier to understand and more logical and rational. The real answer to what we’re made of is structured water. Structured water, which creates free electrons, is the only possible explanation for how we’re able to instantaneously wiggle our index finger when we hear the word “right” or left.”
Figure 2 is an image of a cell produced with dark-field microscopy, which is the most reliable technique for viewing live, unstained biological samples. In the image, you see a thin membrane (the outer coating); you see organized water (also called structured water, coherent water, EZ water, the fourth phase of water or liquid crystalline water); you see little black dots in the structured water (the mitochondria) and you see a nucleus that is always circular or dome-shaped—and that’s it.
Note that the mitochondria help structure our water by making ATP—which is not “energy” as we’ve been told. Think of structured water like jello. If you add water to gelatin proteins, nothing happens, but if you heat the mixture, the heat unfolds the proteins and you get water that gels. As for us, we have all these proteins, and the mitochondria make the ATP that unfolds them so that the proteins can interact with water and form gels. All gels create a negative charge and an electromagnetic field around them, which is the voltage—the energy—of life. To put it simply, we are living liquid crystals.
The dome in the middle (the nucleus) also has something sticking out that collects energy from the world. It may be DNA, but it is not a double helix—it’s a spiral sticking out of the nucleus. The way it works is similar to a radio antenna. It “downloads” information coming in through “radio waves” that get picked up by the “antenna,” and out of that emerge proteins and life (or sound and song in the case of a radio). And this dynamic, tunable, responsive, liquid crystalline medium pervades the whole body—from the organs and tissues to the interior of every cell.
…If we now circle back to “what doesn’t make us sick,” we could summarize the answer in one word: “viruses.” And if we ask, “What does make us sick?”, the answer is also straightforward. We get sick when we mess up our structured water. If we disturb the gels by putting “schmutz” in them—which could be aluminum, mercury, glyphosate, bad food, EMFs, or even negative emotions like anger, fear, shame or guilt—that will distort or dissolve the gels. If we do that in our eye, we get a distorted gel that has a film on it, and we call that a “cataract.” If we distort the bursa in our knee, so that the gels that are supposed to protect both sides of the knee start sticking together, then we have bone on bone and we call that “arthritis.”
Frequency = is the number of cycles, or vibrations, per second. With sound this is measured in Hz. Vibrations are the basis for everything in life. Every vibration has it’s own frequency, and exposing yourself to positive vibrations can be incredibly healing…
Music tuned to the 432Hz frequency is known to transmit beneficial healing vibrations…
This is the frequency, the natural vibration, of the earth. Source
Healing frequencies bring water into coherence. Humans are 70% water. Simple really. Source
Most companies’ products today that are sold go a little like this (especially if they’re not clean/organic):
Take something from nature
Manipulate it until it no longer functions as it’s supposed to either with additional man-made substances or by manipulating the original material
Add man-made chemicals, formulations, preservatives, and substances that do the exact opposite of what the product says it’s going to do
Sell it back to you using the natural botanicals as a selling point as well as “expert” co-signing.
What you end up with:
A product with water as the first ingredient (this is correct, water is THE moisturizing agent), some oils, and at least 1-5 ingredients that do the exact opposite of the purpose of the formulation.
Not only that but they sell you stuff that you can either get yourself without the middleman and without the extra man-made stuff (in other words the product will do what it’s supposed to do) and/or things you can go get in the backyard or grow yourself.
And lastly you end up paying these companies for the pleasure of them either not fixing your problem and/or making your problem worse.
An example: Most skin products have at least 3-5 drying ingredients. Think about this in terms of anti-aging. A lack of moisture can lead to wrinkles. You buy an anti-wrinkle cream and while it may have some kind of material (usually from nature) that helps with wrinkles (probably by adding moisture) it also has 5 drying ingredients. So things may look superficially better (but they’re not) or it doesn’t work at all. Regardless, using this product the problem remains the same, and it never truly resolves itself.
Most companies are middlemen. Most experts are there to sell you their products.
You would be better off drinking water, buying some cold-pressed olive oil (or another kind of properly extracted oil) and some essential oil and calling it a day. Everything will do what it is designed to do with no middleman manipulating and adding things to either keep you buying their products or keep your problem from being fixed, or both.
This goes for lotions, beauty products, hair products, toothpastes, deodorants, all of these products. This also goes for products for men and women.
Get rid of the middlemen.
And if you don’t know what the ingredient is, 9 times out of 10 it’s something that will counteract the good ingredients in the product, thereby keeping your issue, the problem you’re trying to resolve, unresolved.
I do not exaggerate.
Sidebar: Most times when it comes to what goes in and on your body, YOU are the expert. With a little research and a little time you will know what’s best for you and your body and know more than at least 75% of experts. Why? How? Because your only concern is what is best for YOU. You have no other agenda. All “experts” have agendas and/or have learned from people who do, without exception. This goes for everyone from the companies to the doctors to the beauty/wellness/health blogs to the small mom blogger whose experiments you follow on social media. Don’t ever forget: You know best.
Fresh air: I make sure that I continue to open the windows everyday for a while.
Sunshine: I try to sit outside in the sun.
Bathing: I don’t skip showers/baths. I bathe with castille soap with a couple of drops of Tea Tree essential oil, its antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. A couple of drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in the shower also helps with a stuffy nose, sinuses, chest, etc.
I eat this garlic soup (which I really just need to have stocked in the freezer for when I need it).
I eat this raw tomato soup (it has raw garlic (I add a bit more than the recipe calls for) and it’s delicious).
I take shots of Fire Cider (something else that I need to have stocked and ready to go for when I need it).
I drink pineapple juice for coughs (it works wonders).
Lots of water, hot lemon water, & oranges.
Rest.
As soon as I start to feel better, I wash and change my sheets and my robe regardless of whether it’s time or not to do so.
I rest a little bit more just to make sure it’s really gone and it isn’t coming back.
Toothbrushes used to come in 3 different bristle “strengths”: soft, medium, and hard. Nowadays, all I mainly see is soft, and barely any medium, and hard has become nonexistent.
If medium bristles make your gums bleed, the problem is not the bristles, it’s your gums.
“Soft bristles are much easier on gums” (and much less effective at cleaning your teeth).
And keep in mind that most likely these bristles lose their strength as you use them (that’s the nature of things), so by the time you get close to the time it’s time to change your toothbrush, you’ve been brushing with a feather duster.
